What you did, what happened, and what you expected instead. If it is a calculation, the actual numbers help more than a description of them.
Deleting an account
Email from the address you signed up with and say so — see the privacy policy for what gets removed.
Response time
Usually a few days. There is no support team behind this, so please be patient with a reply that arrives at an odd hour.
